1. Shipping Destinations

Mens ships to countries and regions as displayed on the checkout page at the time of purchase.

Only destinations available for selection during checkout are eligible for delivery. Shipping availability may change due to logistics adjustments, product availability, or local regulations. Mens reserves the right to cancel or refund orders placed to destinations that are not supported or become restricted.


2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time.


3. Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

  • Standard International Shipping: approximately 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, local carrier operations, weather conditions, or peak shipping periods. Mens does not guarantee delivery dates.


4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery destination and order details.

  • Customers will only be charged once for shipping per order.

Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless otherwise stated.


5. Order Tracking

  • Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after dispatch.

Please note that tracking status may not update continuously while the shipment is in transit or undergoing customs processing.


6. Customs, Duties & Import Regulations

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local import laws and regulations.

Mens is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance

  • Shipments rejected, seized, or destroyed by customs authorities

  • Additional fees imposed by customs or local authorities

Orders affected by customs issues are generally not eligible for refunds.


7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If a shipment is returned or undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

  • Failure to clear customs

Mens may offer reshipment or partial refund at its discretion. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


8. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team with your order number. We will assist in checking the shipment status with the carrier.

Mens is not responsible for delays or losses caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to customs inspections, carrier delays, or force majeure events.


9. Cancellations & Shipping Changes

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
