Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before the order is shipped or processed.

  • If your order is cancelled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.


Returns (If Applicable)

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.

  • Returned items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Please do not return items directly to the manufacturer.

Customers must contact our customer service team to obtain the return address before sending any items back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (including returns).
No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.
